Tannery machines - Fleshing machines

The main production schedule of the company  Strojosvit a.s. are tannery  machines, spare parts for tannery machines, splitting, fleshing and shaving knifes as well.

We manage middle and general repairs of tannary machines based on individual custommer requests.



Fleshing machines:

The machine is used for fleshing, i.e. mechanical removal of subcutaneous tissue from the flesh side of the hides. The machine may process especially leather heavier cowhide with a width not exceeding the working width of the machine. We produce machines in working width 1500 mm, 1800 mm, 2700 mm and 3300 mm.

Description

These machines are used for fleshing pigskins, goatskins, sheepskins and calfskins up to the working width of the machine. The machine operates on feed-back principle.

The closing of the machine and the feeding speed of the rollers are secured by a closed hydraulic system. The feeding speed is steplessly adjustable. The machine is equipped with automatic opening after finishing the operation. The grinding of the bladed roller is effected semiautomatically by the grinding device. The height of the control pedal can be adapted to the operator´s stature in respect of the optimum position during operation. Also the speed of the closing mechanism is steplessly adjustable which prevents contingent damaging the skin by the bladed roller.
The safe attendance and the total arrangement of the machine ensure high productivity and quality of work.

The machine is equipped by strong main motor and amplified parts of closing mechanism. Stronger construction make reliable of fleshing.

07586/P3
The machine provide higher safety and amenties for attendance of machine and longer safety life. Safety pneumatic safety device and photo cell. Mechanical lubrication system with ending of lubricated places to the two points. The machine can be enlarged by automatical lubrication system. Economical jet water rinsing system activated durig fleshing. Main parts of machine are protected by heat galvanizing.
